7-day return window

If a piece isn't right for you, you may return it unworn, in its original packaging with all tags and documentation, within 7 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Custom orders and gift cards are final sale.

To start a return, contact our service desk with your order number. We'll arrange collection and process the refund within 5 business days of receiving the item back in original condition.
